Our body is always saying something, giving us clues about the state of our feeling of wholeness. Sometimes it speaks in the language of discomfort - anxious breathing, restless sleep, tight shoulders, and so on. Often, these are simply coping patterns.
We've all been through stressors. The way we compensate for these stressors is how our body and being gets us through. These 'compensations' are likely necessary at the time they develop - but soon become habit, long after they're needed, and then, eventually, what served us becomes a limitation.
I am skilled at noticing, intuiting and tracking these patterns in energy, posture, movement, breath, tissue, ways of being and working, etc.. I can support you to find your own inner awareness to these patterns. Awareness is the key to encouraging change, releasing compensation, and discovering a more comfortable, inspired way forward.
